Product information

This kit bundles two of our 45W Purple LED Spray Lights, giving you a matched pair ready to mount either side of your boom sprayer. Each unit runs the same narrow 1° beam and 4100-lumen output as the single CR-3001, connecting via a Deutsch DT 2-pin plug on a 450mm pigtail cable.

Two lights, one per side, are enough to illuminate the full spray pattern on booms up to 50 metres wide. If your boom is wider, a second kit gives you the four lights recommended for full coverage.

Tip: mount one light per side of the boom, roughly 30cm below the nozzles, angled outward along the spray pattern.

Compatibility

Built around a standard 10-32V electrical system and a Deutsch DT 2-pin connector, so this kit isn’t tied to one tractor or sprayer brand.

Because fitment depends on your boom sprayer’s wiring rather than a specific machine model, it works across most self-propelled and trailed sprayers where a Deutsch DT 2-pin feed is available or can be added.

Also suitable for other machines?

Yes. As long as your sprayer runs a 10-32V system, this kit will work — it isn’t limited to one brand of boom sprayer.

Why 1° beam angle and CISPR Class 4 matter

1° beam angle:
A wide floodlight washes out the detail in a spray pattern, but a tight 1° spot throws a narrow, concentrated beam straight along the boom, so you can see whether each nozzle is delivering an even pattern, even at the far end of a wide boom.

CISPR Class 4:
Modern sprayers run GPS guidance, section control and onboard computers off the same electrical system as the lighting. CISPR Class 4 is the strictest agricultural EMC rating, so this kit won’t introduce interference that throws off your guidance or monitoring equipment.

How many lights come in this kit?

This kit includes two 45W Purple LED Spray Lights — enough for one on each side of the boom.

Do I need more than one kit?

Booms up to 50 metres are covered by this kit’s two lights. For booms longer than 50 metres, we recommend a second kit for four lights total.

Will this kit interfere with my GPS or onboard computer?

No. Each light is CISPR Class 4 certified, the highest agricultural EMC rating, so they run interference-free alongside GPS, ISOBUS and other onboard electronics.

Is it waterproof and dust-proof for paddock use?

Yes, each light carries an IP67 rating, so they’re fully sealed against dust and can handle rain, mud and washdown conditions.
