At Wattz Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and refund options:

1. Change of Mind – 30 Day Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer returns for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Time Frame: The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition of Product: The product must be in saleable condition, as determined by us. This includes:

  • All parts and accessories must be returned.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase in a form acceptable to us.

• Purchase Source: The product must have been purchased from our website.

• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

• Return Request: You must request an authority to return by using our Return Request Form.

• Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, you will receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of submitting the form, provided the above conditions are met.

2. Defective Products

If you have received the wrong product, or if your product is damaged, or if your order does not arrive, please contact us immediately (and no later than 7 days from receipt of the product). Please provide the following details:

• A full description of the issue/damage.

• Your name, contact number or email, and order number.

We will then determine the best solution to resolve the issue.

3. How to Return Your Product

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Return Request Form on our website.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).

3. Ship the product back to us in accordance with the provided instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days from the submission of the return form for processing.
