Why Pete decided it was time for a change
Why were you looking to upgrade with Wattz?
“We do a lot of night work and at the minute, the lights are not strong enough. We are mostly wanting the upgrade to improve visibility and decrease levels of fatigue.”
What machines do you have?
“We have a range of machines; we have four Fendt’s, a 712 2 x 714, 926 and a Cat Challenger MT755
What type of work do you do?
“We are grain farmers, so we predominantly use them in our grain operations, the cat for eura spreading and the Fendt’s are typically for handy man jobs. We do quite a bit of hay and straw also.”
What hours do you work?
“During harvest season we will typically work 8-hour nights and often we actually work right through the night into the morning.”
Pete realised it was time to make the change and knew that his team would greatly benefit from quality LED lighting. Even in the shed, during the day, he remarked “Jeez they are sure are bright!” We are glad you think so Pete!
