“A massive difference for spraying and baling at night.”

There was no cutting or rewiring and no adapters. It all just plugged in the way it was meant to.

When you’re working in the dark, those blind spots make a big difference. That’s gone now.

“I fitted the Wattz LED kit to my John Deere 6220, and I was impressed with how easy the installation was. I had to lift the roof off to get to the wiring, but once it was off, every plug went straight in. There was no cutting or rewiring and no adapters. It all just plugged in the way it was meant to. I was even able to reuse the original bolts, so I didn’t need any extra hardware.

The difference on the tractor is massive. My model doesn’t have beltline lights, so the factory roof lights are angled, and that always left me with dead spots right beside the doors. When you’re working in the dark, those blind spots make a big difference. That’s gone now. The light covers the areas I used to struggle to see.

I use the tractor for spraying and baling, often late into the evening, so good lighting isn’t a nice-to-have for me. I really need it. Being able to see properly around the whole tractor makes the job easier and safer.

The headlights sit in the moulds really well and they’re very secure. Nothing rattles or moves. It took me a little while to work out how they went in, but once I figured it out it was really easy, and I’d have no trouble doing it again.

I’d recommend the Wattz kit to anyone running a 6220 or a similar model who’s dealing with the same lighting gaps.”
