Adapter Cable Deutsch DT to H9/H11

Adapter Cable Deutsch DT to H9/H11

Specifications

Harness Connector

H9

Product information

This adapter cable lets you connect a Deutsch DT-terminated LED work light to an existing factory H9/H11 socket — it has a female H9/H11 end that plugs onto the vehicle’s harness, and a male 2-pin Deutsch DT end for the lamp.

It’s especially useful on older Deutz-Fahr and Claas models still fitted with the classic H9 connector; newer machines with 2-pin Deutsch DT connectors can be wired straight in without this adapter.

Dimensions and installation

  • Connector: female H9/H11 to male Deutsch DT 2-pin

Tip: plug this in between the vehicle’s existing H9/H11 harness socket and your CRAWER lamp’s Deutsch DT connector — no cutting or splicing needed.

Compatibility

Commonly used on Case, Claas, Deutz, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, New Holland and Valtra models that still use the classic H9/H11 socket.

If you’re unsure whether your machine uses an H9/H11 or Deutsch DT socket, contact us before ordering.

Also suitable for other machines?

Yes — since it’s a generic H9/H11-to-Deutsch DT converter rather than a brand-specific part, it suits any machine with this factory socket, not just the brands listed above. Contact us if you’re not sure your connector matches.

Why the plug-and-play design matters

No wiring changes:
Cutting into a factory harness to fit a new connector type risks a poor join or water ingress. This adapter plugs straight between the lamp and the existing H9/H11 socket, leaving the original wiring untouched.

Bridges old and new fittings:
Many older machines still run the classic H9/H11 socket while CRAWER’s current range uses Deutsch DT as standard. This adapter bridges the two without needing to rewire the vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need this adapter for every install?
No — only if your machine still has the classic H9/H11 socket. Newer machines with 2-pin Deutsch DT connectors can be wired straight in.
Do I need to cut my factory harness?
No — it plugs directly between the lamp and the existing H9/H11 socket.
Which end is which?
The H9/H11 end is female (plugs onto the vehicle harness), and the Deutsch DT end is male (plugs into your CRAWER lamp).
Which tractors commonly need this adapter?
Older Deutz-Fahr and Claas models are common examples, along with older Case, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, New Holland and Valtra machines still fitted with the H9/H11 socket.
